Artwork Instructions
This section is meticulously crafted to ensure that your customized printings, indoor/outdoor displays, advertising flags, SEG Products, offset printing captivates audiences with its vibrancy and clarity. To achieve this objective, it is essential to adhere to the following recommended artwork instructions, enabling us to produce the sharpest, most captivating graphic prints for you and your brand.
Supported File Types:
For our indoor/outdoor displays, advertising flags, SEG Products, offset printing we offer artwork templates available in .pdf format on relevant product pages. These templates ensure the delivery of high-resolution images with impeccable clarity and vibrancy. While we highly recommend the aforementioned file types, the UPLOAD ARTWORK feature accepts the following raster and vector image file formats:
- Adobe Acrobat document (*.pdf)
- Adobe Illustrator artwork (*.ai)
File Preparation Tips
All final print-ready graphic files must be flattened into a single layer and constructed at 150 DPI (Dots Per Inch) in CMYK mode, with all guidelines and template layers removed.
Each graphic file should not exceed 100 MB in size. Files surpassing this limit will not be accepted. Should your graphic file exceed the specified size, please compress it to meet the acceptable size criteria.
If you require Pantone color matching services, ensure that elements in your file are created using the appropriate Pantone color(s). It is imperative to provide the Pantone color number(s) during the artwork upload process; failure to do so may result in color discrepancies. Please note that we restrict color matching to a maximum of two (2) color call-outs.
Coolibri DSGN® specializes in designing and manufacturing high-quality graphics, vinyl wraps, signs, and more that not only enhance visual appeal but also help businesses differentiate themselves from competitors.
File Preparation Instructions
For optimal file transfer, it is recommended to embed all images and outline all text to prevent any dropout or alterations.
Our preferred file format is an 8-bit flattened .tiff file at 150 DPI in CMYK mode, tailored to match the dimensions of the respective product template. Ensure that your layout excludes any bleeds, especially when designing graphics in Adobe Illustrator. Design your artwork to fit the “Overall Graphic Layout Size” specified in the template, while keeping essential text and logos within the safe viewable areas. Remember that we generate proofs from the submitted artwork and may not be aware of any unintended wrap-around to the back.
Pantone Color Matching Rules
If your artwork has been accurately created with Pantone colors in the areas you intend to match, we can provide a color match service. Please note that we only match 100% solid Pantone colors. We do not match gradients, images (such as photographs of people or landscapes), or percentages of a Pantone color.
If you request a Pantone match but your artwork has not been built with Pantone colors, we will kindly request that you either waive the matching requirement or resubmit corrected artwork with the appropriate Pantone colors included in the file(s).
Online Order
- Upload Artwork: You have the option to upload artwork directly now or use external platforms such as Dropbox.com, WeTransfer.com, or Drive.google.com. Please share the link to your uploaded files via email to [email protected]
- Calculate Shipping: Select the State and enter the Zip Code to estimate shipping costs for your chosen display.
- Place Order: Select the “Checkout” button to proceed to the order confirmation page.
- Proceed to Checkout: Choose between checking out as a guest or using a registered account. Provide the necessary billing and delivery details, select your preferred delivery and payment method, and feel free to include any additional comments about your order. Finally, click “Confirm Order” to proceed to finalize the payment.
- Artwork Approval: Our team of professional designers will promptly review the artwork you have uploaded.
- Production: Upon receiving your artwork approval, our production team will commence crafting a stunning display for you.
- Delivery or Pick-up : We maintain stringent quality assurance protocols before delivering orders to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
- Reviews: We’re confident you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the stunning appearance of our products. Please feel free to share your honest reviews with us.
Order Changes & Cancellations
All requests for order changes must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Verbal order changes will not be accepted. Order modifications include, but are not limited to, alterations in shipping addresses, adjustments to order timeframes, or changes in purchased products. Please note that all change orders may be subject to additional charges or refunds, as applicable. Additionally, change orders may incur a restocking fee of up to 70% of the retail value of the goods, when applicable. Package rerouting due to changes in shipping addresses may also result in additional fees issued by USPS Priority Mail, DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Payment for change orders must be made in full before the order change can be processed and moved to the next step in production or shipping.
Orders must be canceled before any production work commences, including artwork proofing. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] If an order is canceled after placement, cancellation charges may apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Once hardware has shipped and/or artwork proofs have been approved, no further cancellations will be accepted.
Cancellation of orders may incur a restocking fee of up to 75% of the retail value of the goods. Examples of circumstances where restocking fees may apply include when customized graphics are in production or when products have been removed from stock shelves to fulfill an order.
Please note that graphic design time is non-refundable, even in the event of an order cancellation. Any time spent designing will not be refunded.
KAHU,LLC DBA Coolibri DSGN® also reserves the right to cancel any order based on customer interactions, including the use of rude language, bullying behavior, or verbal or written profanity.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
KAHU, LLC offers a limited lifetime warranty on Retractable Banners and their frames, as well as SEG Products and their frames, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. Repairs covered under this warranty will be conducted at no charge, with the exception of shipping and handling fees. Please note that this warranty does not apply to any Coolibri DSGN. products that have been misused, neglected, involved in accidents, incorrectly wired, or used in violation of operating instructions provided by us. Additionally, the warranty does not cover units that have been altered or repaired for warranty defects by parties other than KAHU, LLC.
This warranty excludes any incidental or consequential damages and replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied. No representative or individual is authorized to assume any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Some states may not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original customer. This warranty grants you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Graphics, Digital, and Customized Products
Customized items encompass, but are not limited to, graphics or special order items. Such customized items are non-returnable unless they qualify and are approved as a claim.
Any claims regarding graphics and customized product orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. These claims encompass any discrepancies between the approved online proofs and the received merchandise. All claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise and should be directed to [email protected]. Claims submitted after the 24-hour period from the receipt of merchandise will not be considered, without exceptions.
All printed graphics orders require careful handling. Coolibri DSGN® emphasizes the importance of rolling graphics with the graphic side facing outward. Failure to adhere to this instruction may result in delamination, for which Coolibri DSGN® bears no responsibility. All graphics purchased from Coolibri DSGN® are deemed final sales, with no warranty or refund period applicable. Please refer to the claims policy outlined above for any issues regarding claims.

Marketing via Email, Postal Mail, & Telephone
If you provide us with your email address when placing an order, you may occasionally receive emails from us regarding new product announcements, sales, and close-out specials. Rest assured, we do not share your email address with any third parties. Additionally, each email we send includes an option to unsubscribe from our customer email list.
If you provide us with your postal address online, you may receive periodic mailings from us containing information about new products, services, or upcoming events. If you prefer not to receive such mailings, please contact us and provide your exact name and address. We will promptly remove your name from our mailing list.
Customers who provide their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us regarding orders they have placed online. If you do not wish to receive such telephone contact, please contact us and provide your name and phone number. We will ensure your name is removed from our contact list.
Marketing, Retargeting, & Audience Insights
We employ Google Remarketing alongside Google Analytics for online advertising purposes. Through these technologies, we retain the right to gather user demographics and interest data to deliver targeted advertisements reflective of user behavior. Additionally, demographics, age, or interest information may be utilized to power algorithmic cross-sell recommendation engines, offering pertinent product recommendations. It’s worth noting that third-party vendors, such as Google, may leverage cookies to distribute our ads across the internet, drawing from information collected on our website.
Disclosure
Occasionally, we may employ customer information for new, unforeseen purposes not previously outlined in our privacy notice. In the event of any alterations to our information practices in the future, we will exclusively utilize data collected from the time of the policy amendment onward for these new purposes. Customers have the option to prevent their information from being utilized for purposes other than those for which it was initially gathered by contacting us.
Upon request, we offer site visitors access to transaction information (e.g., purchase dates, amounts, and types) that we retain about them. Consumers can obtain this information by reaching out to us.

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that KAHU, LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if KAHU, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising from:
- The use or inability to use the site
- The cost of obtaining substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained, or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the site
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; Statements or conduct of any third party on the site; or Any other matter relating to the site.
KAHU, LLC shall not be liable for:
