Shipping Policy

Coolibri DSGN® will not be held liable for any delays in the shipping of products. The delivery times provided on this website are mere estimates and should not be interpreted as exact production durations. Coolibri DSGN® cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers. Our return policy will be honored for products that fail to arrive within the expected timeframe, provided the shipment was not dispatched on the specified day of order placement or artwork approval. No refunds will be issued if the order was not shipped on the specified day. Coolibri DSGN® will cover the cost of shipping upgrades if the delay is attributable to our error. However, we will not reimburse shipping charges if a third-party shipping company is responsible for a late delivery. In such cases, you may file a claim with the third party for any potential refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details on eligible returns.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are sent using USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
We ship to all physical addresses across the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

  • Destination of your order
  • Total weight
  • Selected shipping method

Once a shipment departs from our facility, Coolibri DSGN® cannot be held responsible for redirecting it to any address other than the one initially provided during shipment. Any fees incurred for rerouting or redirecting due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase/payment will not be the responsibility of Coolibri DSGN®.

Tracking your order

Once your order is processed and dispatched, we’ll promptly send you a Shipment Notification email. This notification will contain details of the products shipped, the destination, your chosen shipping method, and the tracking number.

Please be aware that it might take up to 24 hours before your tracking information becomes available from USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Return Policy

All returned merchandise must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, including manuals, accessories, cables, etc., and must bear the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly printed on the outside of the package. Requests for returns or refunds must be submitted by e-mail to: [email protected] within three days of the receipt date, and all items must reach our office (16607 Blanco Rd STE 1001 San Antonio, TX 78232) within ten days of the return request, without exceptions.

To qualify for a full refund, every component and accessory (including any free promotional items) must be returned alongside the purchased items. Refunds do not include any shipping and/or handling charges from the original order. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 35% of the returned item’s cost, at our discretion. Any vouchers or gift certificates obtained through a returned order will be invalidated, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.

Coolibri DSGN® does not cover shipping costs or damages incurred during the return process. It is important to pack returned items securely. Please note that packages sent via the US Postal Service cannot be tracked for delivery assurance. As Coolibri DSGN® requires confirmation of receipt before issuing credit for a return, we advise using a delivery service that offers tracking and/or insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise, and all items must reach our office 16607 Blanco Rd STE 1001 San Antonio, TX 78232 within ten days of the exchange request, without exceptions. Exchanges submitted after the 24-hour period from the receipt of merchandise will not be considered, without exceptions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Graphics, Digital, and Customized Products

The return policy outlined above does not apply to customized product orders. Customized items encompass, but are not limited to, graphics or special order items. Such customized items are non-returnable unless they qualify and are approved as a claim.

Any claims regarding graphics and customized product orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. These claims encompass any discrepancies between the approved online proofs and the received merchandise. All claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise and should be directed to [email protected]. Claims submitted after the 24-hour period from the receipt of merchandise will not be considered, without exceptions.

All printed graphics orders require careful handling. Coolibri DSGN® emphasizes the importance of rolling graphics with the graphic side facing outward. Failure to adhere to this instruction may result in delamination, for which Coolibri DSGN® bears no responsibility. All graphics purchased from Coolibri DSGN® are deemed final sales, with no warranty or refund period applicable. Please refer to the claims policy outlined above for any issues regarding claims.

Return Process

All orders from Coolibri DSGN® are eligible for return within three days of receipt for a full refund. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted. Please refer to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy above for further details. To initiate a return or exchange for all or part of your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us to request a return.
  2. A member of our Customer Service team will reach out to discuss the specifics of your return request.
  3. If your merchandise meets the criteria for return, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly printed on the outside of the package containing the returned items.
  4. Ship the returned items to our facility using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking or insurance to ensure safe delivery.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund accordingly.
